An individual who is self-motivated, eager to learn and wants to grow in the electrical field.  We want people on our team planning a long-term career as an electrician.  It's not a part time profession, it's all in!  

We provide sponsorship in the electrician journeyman program through IEC of Central, Ohio.  We provide on the job training and ongoing education.  We believe learning is a lifelong endeavor.

At NWR, you'll have options for additional beneifts in additional to education such as supplemental insurance and health insurance, weekly pay, paid holidays, NWR apparel, and safety equipment.
